Completed in March 2026, this Babcock Ranch project combines a 13 foot 6 inch by 31 foot 6 inch pool with an 8 foot interior diameter spa raised 18 inches. Ocean Blue marble pavers, glass tile, a Caribbean Blue PebbleTec finish, and a sun shelf with a bubbler give the backyard a cohesive blue and stone palette within a 32 by 50 foot deck and cage area.
The design is relatively restrained compared with projects that use multiple columns or large water features. Here, the emphasis is on proportion, finish selection, and keeping the view through the enclosure as clean as possible.
Using a Long, Efficient Pool Layout
The 31 foot 6 inch length gives the pool a strong linear direction, while the 13 foot 6 inch width keeps enough room around the water for the surrounding deck to remain useful. Within the 32 by 50 foot deck and cage area, that balance matters because the pool needs to feel generous without consuming the entire outdoor living space.
The 8 foot spa is substantial enough to have a clear presence at one end of the project. Raising it 18 inches separates it visually from the pool and creates a natural change in elevation without introducing additional columns or walls.
